How the numbers work.
What does 'basis points per settled payment' mean?
One basis point is 0.01%. If your agent settles a $100 payment and the rate is 20 bps, the fee is $0.20. Rates are set per settlement leg, not per round-trip API call.
What counts as an 'active agent account'?
An agent account that initiates or receives at least one settled transaction during the calendar month. Accounts that only hold a balance or exist in sandbox do not count.
Are there minimums or commitments?
No monthly minimums on Developer or Launch. Enterprise agreements define custom terms. All are TBD until GA.
Will early-access participants pay more than public GA?
No. Early-access participants get a pre-commitment window to lock in rates before public pricing is announced. Committed rates are honored.
Is Mints Custody priced separately?
Mints Custody — guarded quorum custody — is included in the Enterprise tier platform agreement. Self-custody is available on all tiers at no additional cost.
Is Mints Identity priced separately?
Mints Identity — DID lifecycle, MFA, and threshold keys — is included in every account. OAS-compliant identity is not an add-on.
